A little about me...

Hi, I’m Mellisa! My journey has been a tapestry of diverse experiences, each enriching my approach to coaching and personal growth. I hold an Honors in Psychology and completed a Coach Practitioner course at SACAP, which has been foundational in developing my coaching skills.

I then pursued Intermediate Phase Teaching at Cornerstone University and taught Grade 7 at Woodbridge Primary, where I saw the profound impact of education. The COVID-19 pandemic pivoted my path, leading me to launch MCR Boutique, which has now evolved into MCR Live Soul Good.
